If you subscribe to PNAC, it is possible to receive a Radius server from HS2N. It is recommended to have at least two radius server in a company, in case one fails. Larger companies can own more than two, but this is optional. A radius server has a copy of the CMDB data saved so that questions can also be answered offline if the internet is down. A radius server can be responsible for 1 to n sites. When a new site is created, you have to add it to the affected radius server by entering the server on the switch.
Heartbeat is the most important field on the radius server, because here you can see when you were last synchronized with XEOX. If the date was too long ago, you should check the connection.

Email notification
If your Radius server stops responding, it is also possible to receive email notifications.
For this purpose add following email notification.
