Problem:
Logging into web pages on public or non-secure PCs can pose a security risk as usernames and passwords can be tracked by keyloggers. As a precaution, it is advisable to enable two-factor authentication in XEOX.
Solution:
By using an SMS TAN, you can enhance the security of your web front-end login.
The first step is to click on your useremail and select account.

Once you are on the Account Page, switch tabs to Security & Login and click on Enable two-factor authentication

This will redirect you to a page akin to the XEOX login page, where you have to re-authenticate yourself with your password.

The next screen will tell you exactly what you have to in order to establish two factor authentication.

Enter the one-time code and click Submit. If everything worked correctly, two factor authentication should have an entry in Security & Login. Next time you enter, you will need the code from the two factor authentication app.
