XEOX Agent
In case the firewall causes problems allow http(80)/https(443) traffic to the following addresses:
- ws01.xeox.com
- ws02.xeox.com
- ws03.xeox.com
- agent01.xeox.com
- agent02.xeox.com
- agent03.xeox.com
- login.xeox.com
- r3.o.lencr.org
- x1.c.lencr.org
- r3.o.letsencrypt.org
- x1.c.letsencrypt.org
- ocsp.digicert.com
Alternatively, if your firewall is able to whitelist patterns, allow http(80)/https(443) traffic to:
- *.xeox.com
- *.lencr.org
- *.letsencrypt.org
- *.digicert.com
If your firewall does not support DNS-based rules:
- 80.80.250.0/24
Teamviewer
For TeamViewer to work properly, access to all TeamViewer servers must be possible. The easiest way to achieve this is to open port 5938 (TCP) for outgoing connections to any IP address. *.teamviewer.com can also be added to the whitelist.
If TeamViewer cannot connect via port 5938 (primary port), TeamViewer will try to connect via TCP port 443 or TCP port 80.
Chocolatey
For Chocolatey you may need to put the following servers on the Whitelist: chocolatey.org and packages.chocolatey.org.
