XEOX Remote offers three distinct modes, each enabling different types of interaction with the selected device. These modes are:
Remote Support
This mode functions similarly to Windows Remote Assistance, allowing you to provide support to a user that is currently logged onto the device. To use this mode, simply select the user you want to support from the user dropdown menu and click "Start." XEOX Remote then automatically handles the rest of the process.
Remote Desktop
This mode enables you to access the device using a graphical user interface (GUI). It functions similarly to the Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP). To connect, you need to provide the username and password of a user account on the target device.
Terminal
This mode provides access to the device via a command-line interface. Depending on the device's operating system, you'll get either a cmd (Windows) or bash (Linux) shell. To connect, simply enter the login credentials for a user on the device.
