Error 0x80248015 is a known error when working with Windows 7, and there are steps to fix it, should XEOX give you this alert.

This error is happening since December 4th 2017 and for some user the easiest fix is to just set the system date back to December 3rd 2017.

To change the date, click on the date and time in the right corner of the bottom bar of you screen. Then click the text “Change date and time settings…” Check if the timezone is correct, just in case. Then click on Change date and time.

For this fix, go to the control panel - System and Security - Windows Update - Change Settings.

Uncheck the section “Give me updates for Microsoft products and check for new optional Microsoft software when I update Windows”.
