If you create an Installed Software Report, you can filter the software you have according to the settings you set.

Create Installed Software Report

If you create an Installed Software Report, you can filter the software depending on wheter you need the software versions, hardware without any version of the software and hardware with the software.

Furthermore by clicking the Create button user are able to manually add installed software.

Installed Software Report

The Installed Software Report provides a comprehensive list of all the installed software across devices. It enables users to verify the software versions installed and ascertain the devices on which the software is and isn't installed. Next to the Name are three buttons that each give the user a different overview.

  • Software Versions: Gives the user an overview of the different versions of the Software installed. In the example in the image below for example, it shows the different versions of Mozilla Firefox installed on the devices, how many devices have which version plus the names of the Devices. By clicking on Show Hardware the user additionally gets a list of the devices that have that specific version installed.

  • Hardware without Software: This overview allows the user to view a list of devices in your system that doesn’t have the software installed. In the example in the picture below for instance, is a list of all devices that don’t have any version or Morzilla Firefox installed.

  • Hardware with Software: Similar to Hardware without Software, clicking this shows the user a list of hardware that does have the software installed. In the example in the picture below for instance, it shows a list of all devices that have a version of Morzilla Firefox installed.
