Installation (Marketplace)

1. Log into your Jira instance as an admin (For example: https://your-domain.atlassian.net).

2. Click the admin dropdown and choose Apps - Explore more Apps.

1. Locate XEOX for Jira.

1. Click Get app to install the app.

How to configure?

1. Log into your Jira instance as an admin (https://your-domain.atlassian.net).

2. Open your Service desk project (in this case Demo).

 

1. Click on Project settings.

1. Select XEOX Configuration

1. Enter your organisation UUID.

1. Click Save.
