By installing AnyDesk on your computer, you can remotely access another device. To begin, visit the AnyDesk website and click on the download button to install it, if you haven't already. AnyDesk offers both a Free and a Paid Version, depending on your needs, but for this purpose, the Free Version is all that is required.
After installation, go to CMDB - Hardware in XEOX.
Select the desired device you wish to connect with. Click on the three dots and choose Remote Access - Start AnyDesk. Keep in mind that you can only choose Remote Access options if the selected device is currently online; you cannot connect with a device that is powered off. Once you have clicked on Start AnyDesk, the connection will initiate.
XEOX will then display the connection ID that you need to enter into the AnyDesk App on your computer to establish the connection with the device.
After entering the ID, AnyDesk will request to connect with the device.
To begin the Remote Access, you must authorize the connection on the device you wish to connect to. Once you have granted permission, the connection will be established, and you will be able to access the device remotely.
