Some features are not automatically included when you purchase XEOX because they are not essential for everyone. Under Subscriptions you can see which features, like PNAC for example, you are subscribed to. When you cancel your subscription, the feature becomes inactive and is no longer available. You can also view the expiration date of your license and your payment status. If you click on "Request Quote", you will need to specify the subscription for which you want the quote and the number of agents you have installed. After that, XEOX will send you a quote.
