When multiple locations access a server, people may select a printer in the wrong location.
Printer Shares can be found under CMDB as a separate item. To add a new printer share, press the create button. If the fields are filled in, the printer will be compiled by pressing the save button.

You will find a file called loginscript.bat under C:\Programs(x86)\PatchAll. This file must be run as a login script. The script downloads a file called printer_assignment.bat from the agent and stores it in %TEMP% and retrieves the file. printer_assignment.bat automatically assigns printers to users and hardware as determined in XEOX before.
