Remote Access is very similar to Windows Remote Assistance in that you don't need to install anything to use the Remote Assistance. By clicking the three dots next to an already existing device in the CMDB or the Update Center a selection appears. Choosing "Start Remote Access" will open another tab, that connects you with the device. The Connection will start automatically, but the user can choose to share a link or a code with someone, so that they can also join the Remote Access. Upon Successfully entering the Remote Access, you should be able to see the screen of the device entered.
