Windows Remote Assistance, works like TeamViewer as a connection between two devices. For Windows Remote Assistance you don't need to install anything, it only works on Windows and the local network. The Remote Assistant creates an incident file with the IP of the computer, this file can then be downloaded to establish the connection. Windows Remote Assistance can be started by clicking the three dots

next to an already existing device in the CMDB or the Update Center and select "Start Windows Remote Assistance (local network)".

It's also possible to sign in to your Microsoft account via Windows Remote Assistance. With this you are able to connect Microsoft with XEOX.
